The location of the hotel was perfect, situated on a quiet street with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The room I stayed in was spacious, warm, and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any inquiries or requests.

One downside was the inconsistency in service. On one occasion, my clothes were not properly cleaned when I sent them for laundry, although they did waive the charge.
